Crown and Bridge Services

Protect your teeth and get rid of any gaps.

Are you missing a tooth?

Don't wait.... Call us now!

At New Beam Dental, we help restore both the function and beauty of your smile with custom-made crowns and bridges. Crowns are durable caps that cover and protect damaged or weakened teeth, while bridges fill the gap left by one or more missing teeth, anchoring securely to adjacent teeth for a natural appearance. Using high-quality, tooth-colored materials, our crowns and bridges are designed to blend seamlessly with your existing teeth, providing strength, comfort, and long-lasting results. Whether you’re looking to repair a single tooth or restore your entire smile, our skilled team will create a solution tailored to your needs.

What are dental bridges?

A dental bridge is a fixed restoration used to replace one or more missing teeth. It consists of one or more artificial teeth anchored by crowns on the neighboring teeth or by dental implants. Bridges “bridge the gap” created by missing teeth.

When would I need a crown?

You might need a crown if:

Your tooth is cracked, broken, or severely worn down.

You have a large cavity or filling that weakens the tooth.

After a root canal, to protect and strengthen the treated tooth.

You want to improve the appearance of a misshapen or discolored tooth.

When would I need a bridge?

A bridge is recommended if you have one or more missing teeth and want a fixed, natural-looking solution to restore your bite and prevent other teeth from shifting out of place.

What materials are crowns and bridges made from?

Crowns and bridges can be made from several materials:

Porcelain or ceramic – highly aesthetic, tooth-colored.

Porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) – strong with a natural appearance.

Zirconia – durable, metal-free, and ideal for strength.

Metal alloys – very strong, usually for back teeth where aesthetics are less important.

How long do crowns and bridges last?

With good care, crowns and bridges can last 10–15 years or more. Regular dental visits and good oral hygiene help maximize their lifespan.

Is the procedure painful?

No — the procedure is performed under local anesthesia to keep you comfortable. Some mild sensitivity or soreness is normal afterward, but it usually resolves within a few days.

How do I care for my crown or bridge?

Brush and floss daily, paying special attention to the area around the restoration.

Use floss threaders or special brushes to clean under bridges.

Avoid biting very hard objects (ice, hard candy).

See your dentist regularly for check-ups and professional cleanings.
